And this season, the Parisian patisserie has teamed up with Reed Krakoff to turn out a limited-edition box of matte-black dark-chocolate morsels the pair calls Strange Love. Debuting on February 8 at Ladurée on Madison Avenue, the scrumptious little sweets were inspired by the beauty of industrial textures (an unlikely concept for a cookie, we know) and will come in a special black Reed Krakoff box. The macarons will be available throughout Fall ’13 fashion week, which means you can munch on them between shows, or even pick up a box for your valentine.
