Brandi Glanville Oscars Dress: What The?! Feb 25th 2013, 13:45 Real Housewives star Brandi Glanville attended the 2013 Academy Awards Sunday. We have no idea how she got invited to the event, but she sure made the most of it. The Oscar for best accessory goes to the double-sided tape holding up her dress: "Getting all dolled up for the Oscars," the infamous Tweeter wrote earlier in the day. "Dolled up." That is insane cleavage, even by the revealing star's standards. UPDATE: Apparently Brandi Glanville landed a fashion correspondent's gig for On the Red Carpet, which would explain her appearance at the Oscars. How anyone could concentrate being interviewed by her is beyond us.
