Rihanna's new clothing line for River Island made its debut at London Fashion Week Saturday, and at least based on one review, she may want to stick to singing.
It was "a horror show," Tom Sykes of The Daily Beast writes.
"The clothes were hideous and without an ounce of panache or style between them," he adds, calling the line "unsurprisingly slutty and yet tiresomely predictable."
Ouch. Burn, girl.
"It was like Fright Night in Kmart."
Double ouch!
In fairness, Chris Brown's GF did have some prominent defenders. Yahoo! called the collection "amazing," and Elle said she "did not disappoint."
How did Rihanna think the show went? It's unclear if the pop star remembers - perhaps she was too busy injuring her knee in a bottle attack - or cares.
After departing the after-party, she tweeted late night, "Just so happens I came home drunk to this in a pile of papers outside my hotel room…."
Is she the new Princess Diana? At least one UK paper thinks so. Who knew.
