Kerry Washington Oscars Dress: Marvelous in Miu Miu Feb 25th 2013, 17:11 Kerry Washington's bold and bright coral-colored Miu Miu gown with crystal bodice turned many heads on the Academy Awards red carpet last night. In a good way, unlike the Anne Hathaway Oscar dress debacle. She literally sparkled in a glittering top and a solid bottom, balanced nicely by her "Olivia Pope nails," subtle makeup and easy middle-part hairstyle. Olivia, of course, is her TV character. Between her roles in Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained and Scandal Season 2, it's been a terrific (and always fashionable) run for Kerry lately. Washington, 36, can certainly make a case for adding Best Dressed to her resume after giving Jennifer Lawrence's Oscars dress a run for its money.
