She certainly knows a thing or two about that department, so it sounds like a nice fit. TheBeautyDepartment (dot) com is a collaboration between the former star of The Hills, her hairstylist and makeup artist, Kristen Ess and Amy Nadine. After the news broke this February about her new reality show getting the boot, it's nice to see that LC has taken her expertise to a different medium.
